For direct orders, review product amount, basic service fee, fulfillment mode and any estimate before confirmation. Warehouse-first orders pay product and service fees first; international freight is calculated when you create a shipment. Direct-ship orders include international freight in the confirmed total. Sourcing requests follow a separate quotation review before you continue.

After payment, PandaSugar procures and receives goods. Inspection, repacking, labeling and similar work are purchased as separate service orders with their own fees and statuses—not included on every purchase order by default.

Inspection photos are provided only when included in the agreed service.
Warehouse-first orders: select inbound goods, create a shipment, pay freight, then track logistics. Direct-ship orders: delivery address and freight are set at order confirmation, with one combined payment before dispatch after inbound and any agreed checks.

For product orders below CNY 500, the minimum basic service fee is CNY 25 per order. At CNY 500 or above, the fee follows your membership rate, up to 5% of the product amount. Optional services and international shipping are charged separately.

Marketplace listings can differ from delivered goods. Details are confirmed before you pay, but critical specs may still need samples or extra inspection services.
Inspection is a purchased service with its own fee and status. It is not included on every order by default and does not replace your market compliance requirements.
Warehouse-first freight is quoted on shipment creation. Direct-ship freight is confirmed with the order. Transit times and rates are not fixed on this page.
Import duties, taxes and local regulations are your responsibility. We help with shipping documents but do not clear customs on your behalf unless agreed separately.

When you cannot find the product, only have a photo or idea, need supplier confirmation, complex specifications, custom packaging or OEM support.
Below CNY 500 product amount per order, the minimum is CNY 25. At CNY 500 or above, your member rate applies up to 5% of the product amount. Member tiers may reduce or waive the fee.
